Based on a bitmap uploaded to the English Wikipedia as en:Image:Schematic diagram of the human eye.png by en:User:Delta G. Although it was created in en:Sodipodi, for some reason it was not uploaded as a vector image.
This vector image was created by User:Erin_Silversmith.
Note that this is an internationalised version, labelled with letters (a, b, c...) that allow it to be used on any local Wikipedia or other project.
If a particular project requires annotations directly placed in the image in their particular language, they will find it very easy to edit this SVG to insert the necessary text. Such localised versions should then be uploaded to the relevant project.
